Here is a HIIT during my week. I like to incorporate Crossfit movements into my bodyweight training. My camera got cutoff after Round 1 during my 3 Rounds HIIT session.

For better results, do 3 rounds! (You may use any scale options!)

5 Pull Ups
20 Kettle Bell Swings
10 Burpee Box Jumps
