Questified Salted Caramel Cold Brew

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 2 cups cold brew, unsweetened
  • 1 Quest Salted Caramel Protein Shake
  • 1 ½ cups ice cubes

Method

  1. Place the heavy whipping cream and stevia into a mixing bowl and use a handheld mixer to beat until fluffy.
  2. Pour the cold brew coffee between three serving glasses and fill with ice.
  3. Pour the salted caramel protein shake over the cold brew.
  4. Top with the whipped cream and enjoy!

  • 2 Quest Cookies & Cream Protein Bars
  • 1 Quest Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 2 strawberries, diced

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the bar into 1/4 inch pieces and then place them on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake the pieces for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let them cool completely.
  5. Distribute the pieces between three serving bowls.
  6. Pour the Quest Vanilla Protein Shake over the cereal bowls and serve.

Questified 4-Step Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
👉 ⅓ cup chia seeds
👉 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
👉 1 Quest RTD Chocolate Milkshake
👉 1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Decorations:
👉 Flowers
👉 Mint leaves

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the chia seeds & cocoa powder.
  2. Add in Quest Chocolate Protein Shake & whisk until smooth.
  3. Layer with peanut butter.
  4. Top with flowers & mint.
  5. Enjoy!

Questified Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients:

👉 1 Quest Vanilla Shake

👉 2 tbsp instant espresso

👉 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener

👉 2 tbsp water

👉 1⁄2 cup almond milk

Directions:

  1. Place the espresso, sweetener, & water into a mixing bowl & use a handheld mixer to beat until fluffy.
  2. Fill two serving glasses with ice & 1/4 cup almond milk in each.
