So many of you were wondering what my weekly workout routine looked like, so here it is!
Keep in mind, I have a lot of free time as I’m currently not in school and I don’t have a job, so I get plenty of sleep and eat/hydrate well. Thus, my recovery is fine. For some people, this may not be the case, so I would advise adding 1 or 2 more rest days if you plan on using a similar routine.
